📍 Where We Ship

United States: We ship anywhere in the U.S. via USPS.

Local Pickup & Delivery: Available within the Mount Shasta area. Please choose the local option at checkout and we’ll reach out to coordinate.

⏳ Processing Times

Ready-to-Ship Items: 3–5 business days to prepare and pack your order.

Custom Orders: Please allow up to 3 weeks for production, depending on size and quantity. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.

🚚 Shipping Rates

Flat Rate: $9.95 on all U.S. orders.

Free Shipping: Orders over $150 ship free!

📦 Packaging

Every piece is carefully wrapped and packed to ensure it arrives safely. Fragile items are double-boxed or padded as needed. We do our best to use eco-conscious packaging when possible.

💬 Refunds, Damages & Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email [your email address] within 72 hours of delivery with:

Photos of the item and the box it arrived in

We'll work with you to replace the item or offer a refund/store credit as appropriate.

-Lost Packages

If your tracking shows the item as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact USPS first. If the issue isn't resolved, reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.

-Returns & Refunds

Because of the handmade nature of ceramics, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or there was an error on our part. If you’re unsure about an item before ordering, feel free to contact us with questions!
