Yes! Every item is handcrafted by me in small batches in Mount Shasta, CA. Each piece is unique, so slight variations in shape, size, and glaze are part of the charm and magic.

📦 How long will my order take to ship?
Ready-to-ship items go out within 3–5 business days.

🚚 Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Yes! If you're in or near Mount Shasta, you can choose local pickup or drop-off during checkout. I’ll contact you directly to arrange the details.
💸 Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $150 ship free. Otherwise, we charge a flat rate of $9.95 for U.S. shipping.
💥 What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact me within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. I’ll gladly replace or refund the item as appropriate.
🔄 Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the handmade nature of my work, I do not accept returns unless there’s a problem with your order. If there’s an issue, please reach out—I want you to love your piece!
🧼 How do I care for my ceramics?
Hand washing is best, though many pieces are dishwasher safe.
Most are microwave safe, unless noted otherwise.
Avoid extreme temperature changes, and don't use in the oven or on stovetops.

🌿 Are your materials food safe and non-toxic?
Yes! All glazes and materials used on functional ware are lead-free, food-safe, and safe for everyday use.
